As part of efforts to strengthen logistical and commercial integration among Andean nations, CEIPLA held a strategic meeting at the Port of Chancay—one of South America’s most significant and advanced port megaprojects. The meeting took place with Gustavo, Director of Peru’s Trade Office in Ecuador, with the aim of analyzing binational opportunities to boost foreign trade and regional competitiveness. The Port of Chancay is poised to become a key Pacific logistics hub, capable of directly connecting South America with Asia, streamlining delivery times, and consolidating an export network that meets high international standards. For CEIPLA, this infrastructure represents a strategic gateway for expanding the export of agricultural and agro-industrial products to global markets.
